Eligibility

Use of our services is available to individuals and businesses capable of forming binding contracts, complying with applicable laws, and providing accurate information during registration and engagement.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity in their jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts. Minors should engage through a legal guardian or authorized representative.

You agree to use aiplusmo services for lawful purposes and not for activities that violate local regulations, infringe rights, or facilitate harm. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of services.

aiplusmo provides services in permitted jurisdictions, including Thailand. If local laws restrict certain uses, you are responsible for ensuring compliance. We may limit or refuse service where legal constraints apply.

Account responsibilities

To use certain features you may need an account. Keep your account information current and accurate and restrict access credentials to authorized users only.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating or updating an account. Inaccurate data may affect service delivery and support.

Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and adopt reasonable security practices. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by aiplusmo in writing.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to help secure the account and contribute the incident.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or affect service integrity.

Services provided

aiplusmo offers AI software development, custom AI integration for business processes, model deployment, and consultancy services. Deliverables and scopes are described in separate statements of work or order confirmations.

We may modify service features or offerings. For existing contracts, changes will be communicated and handled according to the agreement. For platform-level updates, notice will be provided on aiplusmo.click.

We strive for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be announced when feasible. Availability targets may be specified in paid agreements.

Usage rules

When using aiplusmo services you agree to follow these rules to maintain a safe, lawful, and productive environment.

• Do not use the services to build applications that facilitate illegal activities or harm to people.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security controls implemented by aiplusmo.
• Respect intellectual property rights of third parties and do not upload content that infringes rights.
• Do not submit data containing sensitive personal information unless explicitly permitted and secured under contract.
• Use API keys and credentials responsibly, and rotate keys following security best practices.
• Comply with local export controls and restrictions when using, distributing, or deploying AI models.
• Report vulnerabilities or misuse to our security team to help maintain system integrity.

User content

Content you upload, submit, or generate using our services remains subject to these terms. You retain rights to your input and are responsible for content you provide.

You retain ownership of your pre-existing content. For new content generated through our services, ownership terms are specified in your agreement or applicable product terms.

By submitting content, you grant aiplusmo a limited license to use, host, and process the content to provide the services, perform analytics, and improve services in ways consistent with the agreement and privacy policy.

You are responsible for ensuring content complies with laws, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not contain prohibited material. aiplusmo may remove content that violates these terms.

We may remove or restrict access to user content in response to legal requests, policy violations, or security concerns. Reasonable notice will be provided when practical.

Intellectual property

All aiplusmo activity, service marks, and content remain the property of aiplusmo. Service code, platform components, and proprietary models are owned by aiplusmo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of aiplusmo proprietary software without authorization.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or markings on delivered materials.
• Report suspected IP infringements to our legal team at [email protected].

Paid services

Paid services include custom development, managed deployment, support tiers, and subscriptions. Specific terms for paid services are provided in orders and invoices.

Pricing is set out in quotes or order forms and may include one-time fees, recurring subscriptions, and usage-based charges. Prices for Thailand customers are presented in the agreed currency.

Payments are due according to invoice terms. Accepted payment methods will be listed in the invoice or order confirmation. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled according to the cancellation terms in your agreement. Renewal terms and fees are specified at purchase.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific service agreement. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and provide reasonable remedies where applicable.

Cancellation policies vary by service. For subscription cancellations, follow the process in your account or contact [email protected]. Some services may require notice periods.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and charges imposed by local authorities. Where required, aiplusmo will collect applicable taxes on invoices.

We may adjust prices for future billing periods with advance notice. Existing paid agreements will follow change provisions specified in those contracts.

Non-payment may result in suspension, termination, or collection actions. We will provide notice and reasonable opportunity to cure before taking final steps.

Disclaimer

aiplusmo provides services on an 'as-is' basis. While we design solutions to be reliable and useful, results depend on data quality, environment, and client cooperation. Performance estimates are directional and depend on project scope and inputs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, aiplusmo's liability for direct damages arising from services is limited to fees paid for the relevant service during the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

Third-party services

Integration with third-party tools may be offered. Those services are subject to the third parties' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party performance or conduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for material breach if the breach is not cured within a specified period. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

On termination you must stop using services and pay any outstanding fees. We may delete or archive data as outlined in your agreement and the privacy policy; export options will be provided where feasible.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and handle personal data. By using aiplusmo services you consent to the practices described in the privacy policy and any notices provided at the point of collection.

Communications

We may send notices by email, posting on aiplusmo.click, or via in-service notifications. It is your responsibility to maintain reachable contact information for account communications.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated with an effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved through the procedures set out in the disputes section below or as agreed in a specific contract.

Dispute resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration in Thailand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
